Job Description
We require an experienced Freight Truck Dispatcher to join our team and manage the daily dispatching of freight trucks. The ideal candidate will have experience in dispatching trucks in the US market and will be able to manage multiple drivers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- 1+ year of experience in truck dispatching in the US market.
- DAT and other load boards Expert.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Must be comfortable with the night shift.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily dispatching of trucks to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
- Assign and schedule drivers for pickups and deliveries based on availability and customer requirements.
- Monitor driver activity and ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatching activities and driver logs.
- Communicate with customers to provide updates on delivery status and resolve any issues or concerns.
