Job Description
We provide trucking dispatch services to the USA and are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team.
The Role:
- Handling inbound calls and emails in a professional manner.
- Resolving customer inquiries and requests to ensure strong customer satisfaction.
- Working with internal teams for prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
- Escalating customer feedback as necessary.
Ideal Profile:
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in the Telecommunications industry.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Highly goal-driven and thrives in fast-paced environments.
- Strong attention to detail and consistently delivers high-quality work.
- Proficient in analyzing numerical data.
