Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Truck Dispatcher at TrucksMate. As a Truck Dispatcher, you will be responsible for coordinating and dispatching trucking assignments, ensuring timely delivery of loads, communicating with drivers and clients, and tracking shipments.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in using dispatching software
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Prior experience in dispatching or logistics is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required
