Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced professional for the position of TTS Client Operations Head in Pakistan. As the TTS Client Operations Head, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the client operations function for our TTS business in Pakistan.
Your main responsibilities will include collaborating with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of client operations, providing strategic direction and guidance, and driving operational excellence. You will be accountable for maintaining strong client relationships, delivering exceptional service, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in client operations, preferably within the financial services industry
- Strong leadership and managerial skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- In-depth knowledge of the TTS business and industry trends
- Proven track record in driving operational efficiency and delivering results
