Responsibilities:
- User Interface Design:
- Design and implement visually stunning and intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements and translate them into design concepts.
- User Experience Enhancement:
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and refine user experience.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback and user testing results to continuously improve the product.
- Wireframing and Prototyping:
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas and user flows effectively.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure seamless transition from design to implementation.
- Responsive Design:
- Develop responsive designs that provide a consistent user experience across various devices and platforms.
- Interaction Design:
- Define and implement interactive elements to enhance user engagement.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate interactive components into the final product.
- Design Systems:
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across products.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Developer with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects (Minimum of 4 years)
- Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Experience with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
