Job Description
As the UI/UX Lead at NorthBay Solutions, you will lead design and user experience efforts, developing cohesive strategies and mentoring designers. Responsibilities include UI/UX strategy, team leadership, user research, wireframing, design systems, collaboration, usability testing, and staying current with industry trends.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, 5+ years UI/UX design experience, leadership skills, proficiency in design tools, user-centered design, strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability.
