Job Description
As the Relationship & Development Unit Assistant Manager at Remit Choice, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners. Your tasks include providing personalized advice, analyzing communication strategies, negotiations, and contracts, and implementing organizational procedures.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Implement workflow procedures based on top management direction, supervise employees, and offer support in escalated situations.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings.
- Conduct employee performance reviews.
- Participate in recruitment processes and dismissal.
- Liaise between managers and employees, support team member development.
Demonstrated Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership and initiative.
- Effective delegator and mediator.
- Quick decision-making and multitasking abilities.
Experience:
- MBA with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Job Type: Full-time.
- Salary Range: $125,00 per year.
