Job Description
The role will entail managing the wing (comprising data and automation analysts) that is custodian of nationwide ad-hoc BI reporting, descriptive analytics, and automation.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop business understanding and customer lifecycle across various business segments.
- Identify customer segments and analyze transaction trends.
- Develop consumer insights dashboard using data from Google Analytics, Firebase, Appsflyer.
- Perform automation using self-service tools and handle compliance/audit requirements.
- Create lending and product funnels, consumer analytics, and dashboard optimization.
- Engage with stakeholders, vendors, and product owners for effective communication and support.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant field.
- Over 2 years of experience in managing BI ad-hoc reporting and automation team.

3-5
Role Relationship:
Internal and External interactions.
Knowledge and Experience:
5+ years relevant experience with skills in SQL, Python/R/SCALA, Firebase, and data platforms.
- Strong data sense and understanding of big data platforms.
- Behavioral skills: Communication, Leadership, Presentation, Negotiation.
