Job Description
As the Unit Head of Business Intelligence (BI) at U Microfinance Bank Limited, you will oversee the development, implementation, and optimization of BI solutions aligned with business objectives. Lead a team of BI analysts, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver actionable insights for growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage BI analysts, define BI strategy, and oversee report development.
- Collaborate with teams, conduct data analysis, ensure data integrity, and monitor KPIs.
- Continuously improve BI processes, stay updated on industry best practices and trends.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 6+ years’ experience in BI, data analysis, with 2+ years in leadership.
- Proficiency in BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, and strong SQL skills.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
