Job Description
This position is responsible for providing HR consulting to the GSB group and its clients.
Manage and oversee the HR consultancy services offered to clients by the company.
Develop and maintain client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for HR-related matters.
Provide expert guidance and consultation on HR strategies, policies, and best practices.
Conduct thorough HR needs assessments for clients and develop customized solutions to meet their specific requirements.
Assist clients in developing and implementing effective HR policies, procedures, and programs.
Offer expertise on compensation and benefits planning, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Stay updated with HR trends and changes in employment laws to provide accurate and current advice to clients.
Collaborate with the internal HR team to share best practices and enhance the overall HR service offerings of the company.
Monitor client satisfaction, address any concerns, and continuously seek opportunities to improve the HR consultancy services.
Educational Qualification: Master in HR from a reputed institution with a minimum CGPA of 3.0.
Experience: Minimum 10 years of HR consulting experience with a well-reputed HR Consultancy.
