Role Description
This is a full-time role as a Unit Head (Team Manager) located in Hyderabad, responsible for hiring, leading, and managing a team of sales professionals. The successful candidate will be accountable for the overall performance of the team, including setting goals, monitoring performance, and ensuring targets are met.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- 2 years of experience leading and managing a sales team
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team collaboration skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and sales management software
