Qualifications
Kriteria Kualifikasi:
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience in financial services or Islamic finance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Analytical thinking and strategic planning skills
- Knowledge of Takaful and Islamic finance principles
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Professional certifications in finance or Islamic finance (e.g., CFA, AAOIFI) would be a plus
