Job Description

Objective:

We are seeking an experienced UH Process Improvement to lead our efforts in identifying, analyzing, and implementing process enhancements across our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process improvement methodologies, a track record of driving efficiency gains, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams towards operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities, assessing processes, and developing improvement plans.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand current processes, define improvement goals, and implement solutions.
• Utilize Lean Six Sigma to analyze processes, identify root causes of inefficiencies, and design new processes.
• Facilitate workshops to generate ideas for process improvements.
• Establish metrics and KPIs to monitor process performance.
• Provide guidance to project teams on process improvement principles.
• Drive change management efforts for successful adoption of improvements.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Technology, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in process improvement, business analysis, or project management.
• Strong understanding of lean methodologies, Six Sigma principles, and process improvement frameworks.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational change.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Project management certification is a plus.
• Proficient in process mapping and improvement tools/software.
