Job Description
Key Responsibilities/Required Skill set:
- To support the Bank’s Enterprise Project Delivery Approach, implementation, and iteration aligning projects with strategic initiatives;
- To implement Project Management methodology based on worldwide best practices and standardize it bank-wide;
- To assist in developing project plans, provide expertise, and support project managers;
- To prepare MIS and analytical reports for major IT projects;
- To monitor and control schedules of major tech projects;
- To manage day-to-day activities in the PMO for effective project delivery;
- Thorough knowledge of regulatory requirements, banking operations, and policies;
- Leadership, motivation, team-building, and communication skills;
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and multi-tasking skills;
- Ability to work under pressure and problem-solving skills.
Qualification:
Masters or Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Telecommunication, or equivalent from reputed university. Formal Project Management Qualification (PMP/Prince2) is an advantage.
Experience:
At least 7 years of relevant experience.
