Job Description
People is an international HR Services company operating in Pakistan and serving domestic and multinational client organizations across all HR functions. We are looking for a Unit Head Sales and Services for our office in Karachi.
The incumbent will be responsible for the daily B2B sales efforts, brand communication, and business development. Additionally, they will support the Regional Head Sales in formulating strategies, implementing sales tactics, analyzing market performance trends, and achieving budget and business mix targets. The ideal candidate will possess dynamic leadership skills, excellent communication and decision-making abilities, and astute business acumen.
Job Description:
- Implement sales strategies to achieve assigned targets through competitive data analysis and demand assessment.
- Conduct meetings, deliver powerful presentations, negotiate with clients, and create proposals and agreements with C-Level employees.
- Lead and integrate sales and services teams to drive unified product development strategies and ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate cross-selling and joint marketing initiatives for maximum exposure and profitability.
- Create effective sales programs to enhance brand awareness and perception.
- Prepare and compile data for strategic sales plans, monthly reports, annual goals, sales budget, forecast, and other relevant reports.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
Experience: Minimum 7 years of market experience with B2B Sales experience in HR, Banking, or Software Industry. Prior HR Consultancy experience is preferred.
