Job Description
ASK Development is on the lookout for skilled call center professionals to join our team as Upseller + Project Manager. This role demands a proactive and dynamic individual who excels in client engagement and project oversight. The working hours for this position are from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM, six days a week, based in Nazimabad, Karachi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify upselling opportunities with clients.
- Manage client relationships and oversee various project phases.
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams.
- Track project progress and report on KPIs.
- Address client concerns to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or project management.
- Fluency in English with a neutral US accent.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
