Role Description:
We are currently looking for an experienced Upwork Specialist to join our team in Lahore. This is a full-time on-site position that requires exceptional communication skills and attention to detail. The ideal candidate should have prior experience with Upwork, a solid understanding of client and project management, as well as excellent organizational skills. The Upwork Specialist will be responsible for managing clients’ projects, identifying potential clients, and overseeing the entire project lifecycle. Other responsibilities include professional and effective communication with clients, generating reports, and conducting research.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience working as an Upwork Specialist or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in managing projects from initiation to closure
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in project management software, such as Asana or Trello, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Experience with client acquisition and business development is a plus
Location: Ghazi Road, Lahore
Working Hours: 6 pm – 3 am
