We are looking for a full-time Upwork Specialist to join our team in Faisalabad. The Upwork Specialist will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying and defining project needs, and working with the team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work. The Upwork Specialist will also be responsible for monitoring project budgets, ensuring profitability, and providing reporting and analysis to the management team.
Qualifications
- Proven experience on Upwork platform with a solid understanding of different digital marketing techniques used on Upwork.
- Exceptional communication skills to build relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing projects with budgets of different sizes.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and data analysis.
