Job Description
Join our team at Ya-Tech as an Urdu Language Intern! In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Answering calls professionally
- Responding to customer inquiries
- Handling and resolving customer complaints
- Providing customers with product and service information
- Processing orders, forms, and applications
- Identifying and escalating priority issues
- Coordinating with concerned departments for follow-up inquiries
- Generating and following up on business leads
- Completing any other tasks assigned by your line manager
Remuneration Package includes:
- 10 Sick Leaves
- 10 Casual Leaves
- 7 Annual Leaves (After one year)
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: Rs25,00.00 – Rs28,00.00 per month
