Job Description
Qasim Developers Tech Limited is looking to hire 9 motivated individuals for the role of Urdu/Punjabi Customer Support Representative. Ideal candidates should possess fundamental skills in customer service and handling inquiries effectively.
Shift Hours: 2 PM to 10 PM and 5 PM to 12 AM.
Core Responsibilities: Responding to inbound calls, resolving customer inquiries, and maintaining comprehensive knowledge of our products and services.
Position Type: Full-time
Salary Range: Rs30,00.00 – Rs45,00.00 per month.
