Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Accountant to join our team at RemoteVA. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in accounting principles and auditing standards, including GAAP and GAAS. Responsibilities include preparing and analyzing financial statements, ensuring GAAS compliance, conducting internal audits, providing guidance on accounting treatments, and more.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA certification preferred, 2+ years of experience, proficiency in MS Office, strong knowledge of GAAP and GAAS, excellent analytical skills, and effective communication abilities.
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00AM – 5:00PM EST
Compensation: $600 – $700 per month to start
