Vyronauts are passionate, driven and purposeful and we’re currently looking for more of such people to join our team.
What you will do:
- Coordinate and execute User Acquisition campaigns for multiple games and/or apps
- Evaluate campaign effectiveness, pinpoint key metrics, and enhance Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
- Collaborate with Product and Creative teams to synchronize efforts and provide feedback
- Supervise digital marketing strategies, including App Store Optimization (ASO) and in-app promotions, ensuring alignment with company goals
- Enhance expertise in User Acquisition and share insights to drive growth innovation
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in the mobile application or gaming industry, with expertise in performance marketing, App Store Optimization (ASO), paid acquisition, and influencer marketing
- Demonstrated track record of success with Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) strategies for mobile games and/or apps
- Proficiency with common user acquisition platforms (e.g., Mintegral, Applovin, Unity, and Ironsource) and experience with Meta and Google Ads is a plus
- Familiarity with experimentation methodologies and processes
- Innovative mindset with experience in experimenting with organic and viral tactics
