Job Description
The Value Stream Lead is responsible for managing the value stream process for our Jamshoro location. This position requires a strong understanding of lean principles and methodologies to drive continuous improvement and optimize operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach a team of value stream members to achieve production targets and KPIs.
- Analyze value stream processes to identify areas for improvement and implement changes accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize material flow, minimize waste, and reduce lead times.
- Maintain and update relevant documentation, including standard operating procedures and work instructions.
- Monitor and report on value stream performance, identifying areas of concern and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in value stream management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of lean principles and methodologies.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
