Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a VBA/Macro Advanced Excel Expert at Work-Nix Solutions. The VBA/Macro Advanced Excel Expert will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining VBA/macros across projects and departments. The candidate will be responsible for working with Excel applications to perform data analysis, perform custom automation tasks, and develop and maintain robust databases. The candidate will have a strong ability to analyze data, automate reports, build dashboards, and maintain effective documentation.
Qualifications
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel and VBA/Macro coding
- Advanced levels of experience with data analysis, data visualization, custom automation, scheduling, and database management
- Strong problem-solving, time-management, and organizational skills
- Ability to design and implement various testing methodologies to ensure the quality of the developed solution, with an understanding of error handling.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical and business-related information to a range of audiences, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team in a fast-paced environment
- A degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred
