Job Description
We are seeking a Vendor Development Manager to build and manage supplier relationships, identify and qualify new vendors, negotiate contracts, and drive measurable improvements in vendor performance. This role leads vendor selection, conducts risk and cost analyses, implements and enforces quality standards, and collaborates closely with procurement, operations, and engineering to meet product and delivery objectives.
- 5+ years in vendor management or sourcing
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
- Proficiency in supplier performance metrics, contract management, and continuous improvement
