As an authorized reseller of several popular brands including Samsung, Sony, Haier, Panasonic, Whirlpool, Sharp, General, the company has dedicated teams for Customer Service, After Sales Service, and Supply Chain Management.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Verification Officer at Star Electronics. The role primarily involves assessing and verifying customer information and transaction details to minimize fraud and mitigate financial risks. The Verification Officer will also file reports, collaborate with other departments, and work remotely for part of the week.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Prior experience in a similar role, ideally in the finance or e-commerce industry, is preferred
- Strong analytical, research, and reporting skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Ability to work under strict deadlines and multitask effectively
- Experience with using verification tools and software
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with other departments and teams
