Job Summary: TopSpot Media is seeking a Video Production Manager to lead daily pre-production processes, ensuring operations are efficient, high-quality, and cost-effective. This pivotal role demands strategic planning, team leadership, and strict adherence to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee operations to achieve quality benchmarks, create production schedules, track performance metrics, ensure compliance with policies, and mentor a diverse team of professionals.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with 5+ years of experience in production operations. Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite are essential.
