Job Description
Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Virtual Assistant to support our team remotely. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sales proposal support, research, coordinating with video editors, managing client communications, data handling, and presentation preparation.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing sales proposals and presentations.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and potential clients.
- Coordinate with video editors for content creation and delivery.
- Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Check and analyze statistics and metrics via dashboards.
- Organize and compile data from various sources for reports.
- Maintain databases, spreadsheets, and records.
Requirements:
- Proven virtual assistant or relevant administrative experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of video editing software (preferred).
