Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and organized Virtual Assistant / Customer Service Representative who can handle a variety of tasks with professionalism and efficiency. This role involves answering phone calls, scheduling events, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate has experience in a VA or customer service role, speaks fluent English, and has strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and address customer inquiries.
- Search for and schedule relevant events to attend Manage calendars and appointments.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
- Maintain professional communication with clients and colleagues.
- Handle tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in Customer Service.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication and comprehension skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks.
- Proactive and able to anticipate needs.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Should have experience in Microsoft Office.
Work Timings: 5:30 pm – 2:30 am
Work Days: Monday to Friday
Location: Shahrah e Faisal (Can be remote)
