Job Description
Experts Communication is seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant-onsite to join our team and support our drop shipping operations on platforms like Amazon, Shopify, Etsy, eBay, and more.
Location: North Nazimabad Block A, Karachi.
Walk-in Interviews: Monday to Friday.
Interview Timing: (8 pm-11 pm)
Shift timing: 06:30 pm to 3:30 am
Only 5 working days Sat/Sun off.
Able to work for night shift.
Salary: 70,00 PKR to 100,00 PKR (Depending upon experience)
Responsibilities:
- Store Management: Oversee and manage product listings, inventory, and order fulfillment across various platforms.
- Customer Support: Respond promptly to customer inquiries, manage reviews, and ensure high-quality customer service.
- Market Research: Conduct market analysis, identify trends, and suggest product opportunities to enhance our offerings.
- Optimization: Implement strategies to enhance product visibility, improve SEO, and maximize sales performance.
- Data Analysis: Track and analyze sales data, identify patterns, and generate reports for informed decision-making.
Requirements:
- Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience in managing dropshipping operations on Etsy, Amazon, eBay, or similar platforms.
- E-commerce Knowledge: Understanding of e-commerce platforms, listing optimization, inventory management, and customer service.
- Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using tools and software related to e-commerce management, such as listing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in customer interaction and vendor communication.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
