Job Description
We are seeking an energetic and outgoing Social Media & Customer Support Specialist with excellent English skills to join Real Leads. This role involves content creation, social media management, and providing exceptional customer support to engage with clients and enhance their learning journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage content across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Write, review, and schedule email campaigns.
- Provide customer support through weekly calls based on course material.
- Design graphics using Canva for social media and emails.
- Utilize project management tools to streamline tasks.
Requirements:
- Outgoing and energetic personality.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Experience in social media, email marketing, and customer support.
- Proficient in Canva and project management tools.
