We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team and provide administrative and operational support. This part-time remote role is ideal for a self-starter with excellent organizational skills and multitasking abilities. The Personal Assistant will handle personal and executive administrative tasks, manage communications, schedule appointments, and assist in daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to emails, messages, and communications promptly.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Conduct research and prepare reports or presentations when needed.
- Maintain databases, spreadsheets, and records.
- Assist in social media management and customer support.
- Process business documents like orders and invoices.
- Perform miscellaneous administrative tasks.
- Experience in booking calls or flights is a plus.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
