Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the company’s e-commerce store by updating product photos, uploading new products, generating product descriptions, and tracking inventory.
- Support new product launches including site development in conjunction with general customer experience.
- Manage online store orders and communicate with shipping/fulfillment centers.
- Optimize product pages based on customer feedback.
- Work with Graphic Designers to update the website with digital media and promotional materials.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by resolving customer issues promptly.
- Provide analysis and reporting on sales metrics and code performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience as an e-commerce manager or equivalent.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in Home Textiles for the US Market is a must.
- Proficient in Shopify, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, and Google Analytics.
Note: Job timings are as per Eastern Time Zone.
