Role Description
Techndevs is seeking a full-time Virtual Assistant Shopify with expertise in the Shopify platform in Lahore. The VA will be responsible for managing Shopify stores and enhancing their online presence. This role involves interacting with clients and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create and execute seamless and engaging solutions that drive customer acquisition and retention.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in managing Shopify stores and enhancing online presence, preferably with strong knowledge of Shopify App Store, Shopify themes, and Shopify Liquid
- Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing and e-commerce analytics in the Shopify platform
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with a customer-centric approach
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to execute projects with a clear focus on client success and timely delivery
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other relevant tools and platforms
