Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Virtual Medical Assistant, based in Lahore. As a Virtual Medical Assistant at Billing Freedom, you will assist clients with clinical and administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, conducting patient follow-ups, maintaining medical records, and verifying insurance eligibility. You will be required to have knowledge of medical terminologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Pharmacists, Medical Graduates, Bachelor’s Degree in Health Administration, Allied Health Scinces, or a related field.
• Experience with electronic medical records and medical terminology.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Able to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Comfortable using technology and software such as Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Zoom.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
