Job Description
Right Room is hiring a Virtual Property Manager to remotely support UK landlords and tenants. You will manage listings, respond to inquiries, coordinate viewings, process tenancy applications and referencing, complete digital paperwork, arrange basic maintenance, and maintain CRM records. Applicants should have lettings or property management experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Familiarity with UK rental legislation and remote property duties is preferred.
- Full-time, 12-month contract
