Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site position for a Visa Consultant. The Visa Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients with visa applications, providing consultation on immigration issues, and communicating with clients throughout the application process. They will also be responsible for maintaining records of applications, tracking application status, and providing support with appeals and revisions.
Qualifications:
- Immigration and Visas experience
- Strong communication and consulting skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Familiarity with visa application procedures in various countries is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Law, or a related field
