Responsibilities:

• Provide expert guidance to clients on visa application procedures, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements for various countries.
• Stay updated on international immigration laws, policies, and procedures to ensure accurate and timely advice to clients.
• Assess clients’ backgrounds, travel purposes, and other relevant details to recommend suitable visa options.
• Prepare and review visa applications, ensuring all required documents are complete and in compliance with destination country regulations.
• Collaborate with consulates, embassies, and immigration authorities to facilitate the visa application process.
• Conduct consultations with clients to address queries, clarify processes, and manage expectations throughout the visa application journey.
• Keep detailed records of client interactions and application progress for reporting and compliance purposes.
• Stay informed about changes in visa regulations and proactively communicate updates to clients.
• Assist clients in preparing for visa interviews, providing guidance on potential questions and necessary documentation.
• Handle challenging cases and troubleshoot issues to achieve positive outcomes for clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience as an International Visa Consultant or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of immigration laws, visa categories, and documentation requirements for various countries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple clients simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using visa processing systems and relevant software.
• Familiarity with online visa application platforms and e-visa processes.
• Ethical conduct and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Continuous learning mindset to stay abreast of evolving immigration policies.
