Job Description
We are currently seeking a Visa Facilitation Officer to join our team at Contour Software. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their visa application process. Your main tasks will include:
- Reviewing visa applications and supporting documents
- Communicating with clients to gather necessary information
- Preparing and submitting visa applications to the relevant authorities
- Maintaining accurate records of all visa applications
- Providing guidance and support to clients throughout the visa process
The ideal candidate for this position should have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and knowledge of visa requirements and procedures. Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
