Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role as a Visa Officer at our Islamabad office. The Visa Officer will be responsible for handling day-to-day visa processing tasks, assisting clients with immigration issues, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining effective communication with clients and relevant authorities.
- Strong understanding of visa processes and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
- Knowledge of immigration issues and related laws
- Prior experience in customer service
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools
