Job Description
We are looking to appoint a “Visa & Ticketing Specialist” who will be responsible for guiding customers in planning and booking their travel needs ensuring a hassle-free experience. The ideal candidate should work independently, cooperate with team members, and demonstrate dedication to common goals.
Responsibilities:
- Review visa applications for completeness.
- Understand and cater to customer travel preferences.
- Engage with visa applicants to collect necessary information.
- Provide accurate responses to visa inquiries.
- Offer expert advice on travel services.
- Efficiently handle ticketing and reservations.
- Stay updated on travel industry trends.
- Manage changes, cancellations, and refunds.
- Complete tasks assigned by the manager.
Requirements:
- Experience in visa processing or air ticketing.
- Proficiency in GDS systems like Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.
- Understanding of immigration laws and visa procedures.
- Strong communication and customer relation skills.
- Attention to detail in handling bookings and transactions.
- Knowledge of travel destinations and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
