Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Peshawar for a Visual Merchandising Manager with The Footwear Company Ltd. The Visual Merchandising Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing visual merchandising strategies, creating window displays, managing store layouts and product placement, and managing a team of visual merchandisers and sales associates.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in sales and visual merchandising, preferably in the retail industry
- Ability to create captivating window displays
- Experience in team management and store management
- Creative and innovative mindset
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Visual Merchandising, or a related field
- Knowledge of graphic design software and visual merchandising tools is a plus
