Responsibilities

• Work with leadership on strategic planning to define growth goals and objectives for the company.
• Conduct research and analyses of operational effectiveness, processes, stakeholders, etc.
• Create reports on key metrics to determine the company’s progress in meeting its goals.
• Identify new business opportunities that align with the company’s strategic goals.
• Optimize the revenue funnel and understand the critical roles of customer growth, acquisition, retention, and upsell.
• Develop strategies to increase customer retention by identifying customer needs and providing excellent services.
• Plan, implement, and manage proposed recommendations and projects.
• Plan and manage all paid advertising campaigns, including SEM, social media advertising, and display marketing.
• Present findings and recommendations to the team members regularly.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to the self-sovereign identity market.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of growth initiatives with overall business objectives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business administration, management consulting, and strategic planning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, graduation from a Tier 1 management institute preferred.
• Excellent understanding of business operations and procedures.
• Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to articulate complex ideas and build stakeholder relationships.
• Understanding of financial metrics and ability to analyze financial data for business decisions.
• Strong project management skills with knowledge of tools like JIRA.
• Understanding of marketing and sales principles, including customer acquisition, retention, and conversion.
