Job Description
The waiter/waitress is responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and attending to customers’ needs in a restaurant setting. They play a key role in ensuring guests have a positive dining experience and contribute to the overall success of the establishment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and escort them to their tables.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Serve food and beverages courteously.
- Handle payment transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth operation.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
