Job Description
Role Description
This is a full-time role as a Walmart WFS (Walmart Fulfillment Services) specialist. The role requires on-site work and is located in Karachi Division. As a Walmart WFS specialist, your primary responsibility will be to manage the fulfillment process for Walmart orders. This will involve overseeing inventory management, coordinating with suppliers and logistics partners, and ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment. You will also be responsible for monitoring and optimizing the performance of the Walmart WFS program.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Experience in retail sales and product knowledge
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Customer service orientation
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in using eCommerce platforms and software
- Prior experience in Walmart WFS or similar roles is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
