Job Description
Overview: We are seeking applications for the position of Warehouse Operations Coordinator at DHL Global Forwarding. The role involves managing warehouse activities to meet agreed KPIs. If you are interested and meet the criteria, please apply.
Main Responsibilities:
- Control inbound & outbound warehouse activities daily in coordination with Warehouse Manager/ Shift Incharge.
- Ensure stock accuracy matches physically with the system as reported to Warehouse Manager.
- Coordinate with inventory team for cycle count plan.
- Oversee inbound and outbound activities following SOP and manpower requirements.
- Monitor operations for timely completion of all activities.
- Manage return material and coordinate with customers for resolution.
- Follow up on daily cycle count post-replenishment and putaway.
Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant warehousing experience at a multinational or renowned local logistics company.
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in a related field from a reputable institution.
- Proficient knowledge of warehouse procedures and policies.
- Good management, interpersonal, and communication skills required.
