Job Description
Overview: The incumbent will interface between floor & inventory teams, conduct inbound and outbound activities, and control daily warehouse operations. Responsibilities include coordinating, preparing reports, and implementing SOPs.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Maintain and control daily project operations and activities.
- Monitor operations for timely completion.
- Provide solutions for warehouse manager on operational issues.
- Liaise with Inventory team for cycle count/stock take schedules.
- Control inbound and outbound warehouse activities.
- Ensure stock accuracy matches physical inventory.
- Provide well-documented reports.
Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
- 2-3 years warehousing experience at multinational or renowned logistics company.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field from reputable institution.
- Proficient in warehouse procedures and policies.
- Ability to influence individuals and teams to achieve goals.
- Strategic thinker with analytical skills and high achievement drive.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software.
