Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking applications for the position of “Warehouse Operations Coordinator” at DHL Global Forwarding. The incumbent will oversee warehouse operational activities to meet agreed KPIs.

Main Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound & outbound activities in coordination with Warehouse Manager/Shift Incharge.
- Ensure physical stock matches reported data.
- Coordinate cycle count plans with inventory team.
- Oversee SOP adherence and manpower utilization.
- Monitor operations to ensure timely completion.
- Handle return material and customer coordination.
- Conduct daily cycle counts post-replenishment and putaway.
Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
- 2-3 years experience in warehousing at a multinational or renowned local logistics firm.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field from a reputable institution.
- Proficient in warehouse procedures and policies.
- Strong management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
