Job Description
FMCG COMPANY is currently seeking an Officer Warehouse Operations to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing warehouse operations for various product categories at our Kahuta Road facility in Islamabad.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with SAP, a strong background in FMCG warehousing, and preferably a Masters degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
As an Officer Warehouse Operations, your responsibilities will include:
- Category Management: Oversee and manage warehouse operations for assigned product categories.
- Inventory Control: Ensure efficient handling, storage, and distribution of products.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate timely deliveries and maintain optimal inventory levels.
- SAP Expertise: Utilize hands-on experience with SAP to streamline warehouse processes and track inventory accurately.
- Policy Implementation: Implement and enforce warehouse policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and ensure compliance.
- Vendor Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree; a Masters degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience in warehouse operations within the FMCG industry, with expertise in various product categories.
- Skills: Hands-on experience with SAP is essential. Strong organizational, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a keen attention to detail.
