Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Efficient & Cost-Effective Management of Logistics & Warehousing of Karachi Warehouse including Primary & Secondary Transportation, Inventory Replenishment/Management.
- Ensure stock loading as per Stock Transfer Order (STO) / Sales Order (SO) and receiving’s (GR) along with preparation of analytical reports for warehouse operations & stock, as per TAPAL procedures.
- Maintain movement of stock on FIFO/FEFO basis and ensure proper identification and traceability of inventory items.
- Manage Loading/Unloading and guide/train the Helpers/Loading staff to follow the guidelines and SOPs.
- Conduct physical verification of inventory along with proper stacking at designated locations; ensure proper stock condition.
- Implement and improve KPIs for Logistics & Warehouse Operations.
- Ensure PPE’s, HSE & Labor Management of Warehouse.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- B.Sc. / BBA
- 4-6 Years of Experience Preferably in Supply Chain/Relevant Field.
Preferred Skills:
- Logistics & Warehouse Management
- Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
- SAP (MM & SD)
